Returns & Exchange Policy
Returns/Exchange must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
We do not have a refund policy. All returns are processed as store credit only. All items must be in their original condition; unworn, unused, unwashed, with the tags still attached. All returns are accepted at the discretion of our team.
We do not accept any exchanges or returns for items marked as SALE. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
Store credit remains valid for 2 months from the date of issue and we offer a one-time exchange.
Each piece is designed to meet the customer's preferences and size. Once the order is placed, it cannot be returned.
In case of any Damage:
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt to arrange for a repair. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage for our records.
We will arrange an exchange if you receive a damaged product.
